There was a group of Jews who never left Babylonia after the Babylonian Exile in the 6th century BCE. This community more or less thrived. Living since 129 BCE under Parthian rule, a loosely knit semi-feudal state, it was able to develop its autonomous institutions with little interference from the royal government. The Parthians who always feared Roman intervention welcomed Jewish opposition to Rome, at least until the time of Hadrian.

Då kommer förfallet att bromsa in något. Det är allt någon kan göra, eller kapa ALLA avtal och ställa om allt till inhemsk produktion. Det går också men det kanske kräver 20 år. Globalisterna har verkat i över 40 år.

Attac och den stora demonstrationen mot Bush ( i slutet av juni 2001, inte i maj) deltog inte i stenkastandet och upploppen på Avenyn m fl platser, de var inte i närheten under oroligheterna och förhöll sig i stort sett mönstergillt fredligt. Det var “autonoma” och anarkister ur stenkastarvänstern som kom in och startade upplopp, samma grupper som t ex ställde till med kaos vid G20-mötet i Hamburg häromåret eftersom Putin, Trump och alla andra politiska ledare var där.
Tidningarnas narrativ blev förstås att Attac hade stått i centrum, man rullade i vanlig ordning in alla som är kritiska mot någonting i samma matta, och just Attac var en grupp som Timbro, DN:s ledarsida och andra free-market-liberaler gärna ville få in en direktträff på och kunna stämpla som farliga revolutionärer och bråkmakare, men det är helt tydligt att de inte hade något speciellt med saken att göra.
Däremot stämmer det att 11 september var en vändpunkt, från den tidpunkten krympte utrymmet för avvikande åsikter och över huvud taget för kritisk debatt i gammelmedia. Tidningarnas ägare drog hårt i kopplet för kultursidor och debattsidor.

När Naomi Klein, en av förgrundsfigurerna för den storföretagskritiska vänstern under 90-talet, besökte Bokmässan i Göteborg några veckor efter 9/11 frågade journalisterna henne i aggressivt och uppfordrande tonläge om hon var på samma sida som bin-Ladens folk (eftersom hon var kritisk till kapitalism och rovdrift). Det var ett typiskt exempel på hur leden slöts vid den här tiden.
